Tour includes a guide, introductory talk & a Hot Witches Brew of Slug & Frog Eye soup.

 

You will begin your journey with your tour guide and after his spine chilling tales you will begin by ascending the ancient castle hill to the Main Gate and upon entering the outer bailey of the castle you can immediately feel the ambience of a village where for over 500 years people lived and died. First encounter will be with the Dreadful Dungeon where unspeakable medieval tortures were committed, then wander onto the church where tortured souls of warrior priests linger before daring to pass the Norman graveyard where the skeletons of slain Norman Knights inhabit – on to the Inner Bailey and the Grand Hall, the most haunted location in the castle. If you survive thus far we will then take you to ascend the pathway of hell up to the terrifying Haunted Manor to conclude your tour.
