Our beautiful little baby deer have been enjoying themselves this week exploring the castle.
Ziggy and the older deer have welcomed them into the herd and have been busy showing them around.

Mountfitchet Castle and the House on the Hill Museum are now closed for the winter, and will re-open on 14th March 2026. Thank you to all of our visitors during 2025, see you in 2026.
