Opening Times & Prices
Mountfitchet Castle 2023.
We are open every day until Sunday 5th November 2023 including all weekends and bank holidays. 10.00am to 5.00pm. Last Admission is 4.00pm. The Museum closes at 4.45pm.
We recommend a minimum of 2 hours to ensure you enjoy the full extent of our complex.
Please try and arrive as early as you can to achieve maximum value for money.
No need to book, just arrive and enjoy your visit.

To visit the Haunted Manor in the Museum there is a small extra charge of £1.00 per person.

DOGS: As there are numerous animals roaming freely within the grounds, we regret that we are unable to allow dogs at the Castle.
We are privately owned and not government funded, therefore we are unable to offer further reductions for concessionary tickets
