A wonderful donation to our Museum

A Palitoy 1960’s Tiny Tears Doll and Military bag and items belonging to Cpl J Wood Dine was kindly donated to the House on the Hill Museum by Linda Day

CPL Jack Vincent Wood-Dine

Born 19/09/1913, drafted into the army on 17/07/1940
Demobbed on 10/01/1946
He was in the in the Reconnaissance Corps and was attached to the British Airbourne and he served at Arnhem, Operation Market Garden.
